SARGODHA, Jul 10 (APP):The Special Operations Cell in Sargodha has arrested a key suspect wanted in a triple murder case.
According to a police spokesperson, the arrest was made under the supervision of Regional Police Officer (RPO) Muhammad Shehzad Asif Khan. A special team comprising DSP Qasim Hayat Ranjha, Javed Iqbal Jisra, and Inspector Irfan Ahmed tracked down and apprehended the accused, Qasim Ali Khan, in Muscat and produced him before the court.
Qasim Khan was allegedly involved in the cold-blooded killing of three individuals — Jahangir, Imran, and Nasir — in September 2022, reportedly over an old enmity.
RPO Muhammad Shehzad Asif Khan directed the investigation team to carry out a transparent and merit-based inquiry, ensuring that all legal requirements are strictly followed throughout the process.
