TEVTA chief highlights PM initiative for job opportunities

BUREWALA, Jul 10 (APP):Director of the Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) Nazar Abbas Khokhar has said that Prime Minister’s special programme, “Overseas Employment Made Easy”, aims to equip unemployed youth with the skills needed to secure respectable jobs abroad.
He was addressing an awareness seminar held at the Government Vocational Institute for Women. Former PML-N MPA Sardar Khalid Mahmood Dogar also attended the event as a special guest, while Institute Principal Zil-e-Huma, retired Principal Mrs. Zahida Majeed, Dr. Ramzan Qaiser, teachers, and students were also present.
Director TEVTA Nazar Abbas Khokhar said that under this programme, three-month training courses will begin in technical institutes across all districts from July 14. Participants will be trained in modern technologies and foreign languages to help them find respectable employment overseas.
He added that the training will enable young people to stand on their own feet by equipping them with skills that meet the demands of international job markets.
