FAISALABAD, Jul 07 (APP):Mr. Qaisar Shams Gucha, Acting President Faisalabad Chamber of Commerce & Industry (FCCI), has paid best tribute to the leadership and administrative qualities of Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz and her team on maintaining complete peace and tranquility in the province during Ashura.
In a statement here on Monday, he said that Divisional Commissioner Madam Maryam Khan, RPO Zeeshan Asghar, Deputy Commissioner Captain (Retired) Nadeem Nasir and CPO Sahibzada Bilal Umer under the leadership and directives of the CM worked out a comprehensive and foolproof strategy to maintain peace in the division.
“Due to their devoted and committed efforts no incident of unrest was reported from any part of the division”, he said and added that immediate action was taken against persons uploading hate material on social media.
He said that all sects of Muslims were able to pay glowing tributes to Imam Hussain (AS), grandson of the Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (Peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), in their own specific ways due to the congenial environment provided to them.
However, Qaisar Shams Gucha urged people to inculcate the philosophy of martyrdom in their practical lives in order to promote social harmony, tolerance and brotherhood among the communities.
