Ali Zafar gets briefing on Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs

ISLAMABAD, Jun 13 (APP):Caretaker Federal Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Barrister Syed Ali Zafar on Wednesday visited the Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs and was given a detailed briefing about affairs of the ministry.
The caretaker federal minister was briefed about the Prime Minister Complaint Cell being run under the Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs.
The federal minister was informed that the Prime Minister Complaint Cell took notice on almost 74,000 complaints and provided relief to the applicants. The federal minister said the performance of Prime Minister Complaint Cell was satisfying and directed that the cell should be improved further.
He instructed that Secretary Parliamentary Affairs, Additional Secretary and Joint Secretary should hold meetings with the high level officers of the provincial governments to timely resolve the pending complaints.
