ISLAMABAD, Jul 02 (APP):Jazz has been awarded the HR Pinnacle Award for Most Innovative Learning & Development, one of the industry’s top recognitions for organizations driving meaningful change through cutting-edge talent practices.
The recognition highlights two flagship programs that reflect Jazz’s commitment to continuous learning and future-ready skill development.
To support its digital ServiceCo transition, Jazz launched the LEAP program with INSEAD Asia, training 47 senior leaders in strategic, customer-centric, and AI-ready capabilities. In parallel, the Jazz Data Science Certification Program built data literacy across roles, certifying 289 employees in tools like Excel, Power BI, and Python.
Together, these initiatives have aligned leadership with transformation goals and boosted analytics adoption, with over 86% of participants applying their skills for tangible business impact.
