The auction, conducted under strict principles of transparency and open competition by CDA’s Directorate of Sports & Culture, attracted significant interest from investors and the business community, said CDA spokesman.

CDA Chairman Muhammad Ali Randhawa and Acting Chairman Talat Mehmood credited the success to the vision of Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi and the leadership of Chief Commissioner Islamabad.
They emphasized that the auction reflects CDA’s commitment to maximizing public resources for citizens’ benefit.
The revenue will be reinvested in upgrading sports infrastructure and recreational facilities across the city.
The initiative aligns with CDA’s goal to promote private-sector investment in quality sports facilities, fostering a healthier lifestyle among residents.
