PESHAWAR, Jun 23 (APP):Four people died when a boat capsized in River Swat at Kalam on Monday.
Police said the tragic incident occurred at Shahi Bagh near Kalam in Swat district when the overloaded boat capsized.
The dead also include women and children. Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa expressed sorrow over the incident and extended his condolences and heartfelt sympathy to the bereaved families.
He prayed for the elevation of the deceased’s ranks in the hereafter, and for patience and strength for their loved ones.
He also expressed best wishes for the speedy recovery of those injured in the boat accident.
