RAWALPINDI, Jun 21 (APP): The hearing of the GHQ Gate attack case was adjourned until June 26 without any proceedings due to the unavailability of the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) judge, who is currently on leave.
The hearing was scheduled to take place at Adiala Jail. Meanwhile, attendance of the accused in 11 cases related to the May 9 case continues, and the process of distributing case copies to the accused is ongoing.
It should be noted that the statements of a total of 31 witnesses have been recorded in the case. 118 accused have been indicted in the GHQ attack case. These accused include the founder of PTI, Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Omar Ayub, Shibli Faraz, Sheikh Rashid and others.
