PESHAWAR, Jun 21 (APP): Inspector General of Police (IGP) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Zulfiqar Hameed expressed satisfaction with security arrangements and tourist facilities during his visit to renowned Naraan Valley on Saturday.
During his tour, IGP Hameed inspected newly established tourist facilitation and information center, designed to assist visitors to the area.
District Police Officer Mansehra, Shafiullah Gandapur, provided a comprehensive briefing on the center’s various services.
The IGP highlighted that center is staffed by trained police officers, including female personnel, dedicated to offering timely guidance, facilities, and ensuring the security of tourists.
In addition, district health department has set up a permanent medical camp at the center, providing immediate medical assistance for any emergencies.
IGP Hameed commended efforts of both police and medical staff. He directed them to continue providing all possible facilities to tourists, ensure smooth traffic flow, and further enhance security measures.
He reaffirmed police force’s commitment to a people-friendly policy, pledging their continued dedication to offering a safe environment and excellent facilities at tourist destinations across the province.
