SIALKOT, Jun 21 (APP):Two youths drowned in Upper Chenab Canal near the Motra area of Tehsil Daska, district Sialkot, here on Saturday.
According to rescue spokesperson, two men had come to the canal to swim in order to escape the intense summer heat.While bathing both drowned in the canal.
The victims were identified as Attaullah (27) and Rizwan (19) r/o Alumahar village.
Rescue 1122 launched a search and rescue operation to locate the victims.
