Religious Affairs Minister visits pilgrims’ residence in Madinah

MADINAH AL MUNAWWARAH , Jun 17 (APP): Minister for Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony Sardar Muhammad Yousaf on Tuesday visited the residence of Pakistani pilgrims who arrived under the government Hajj scheme in Madinah and met with them personally.

The minister inquired about the Hajj arrangements, including accommodation, meals, and other facilities from the Hujjaj.

The pilgrims expressed their happiness and satisfaction, stating that all arrangements were excellent and exemplary. They praised the Ministry’s representatives—recognizable by their green jackets symbolizing Pakistani identity—for being courteous, helpful, and dedicated in their service.

The pilgrims offered heartfelt prayers for Pakistan, Ministry officials and the Minister and appreciated their dedicated efforts in ensuring quality arrangements.

The Hujjaj under the private Hajj scheme also highly praised the government scheme’s management after witnessing it firsthand.

The minister congratulated all pilgrims on performing Hajj and requested special prayers for progress and prosperity of Pakistan and Muslim Ummah. On the occasion, Director Madinah Zia ur Rehman and other officials were also present on the occasion.
