ISLAMABAD, May 22 (APP):Punjab government will share a series of comparisons daily, during the next seven days, between PML-N government departments in Punjab and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) government departments in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK).
Speaking at a press conference here at the Punjab House on Tuesday, Punjab government spokesman Malik Muhammad Ahmed Khan said during the coming seven days he will be giving comparison of Punjab and KPK’s
government’s work done from tourism to security.
“There can be no comparison between Punjab and KPK’s government. Recently 40 districts and
tehsil headquarters hospitals were upgraded in Punjab, transforming them into world class hospitals,” he said.
He said no recruitment in teaching sector in Punjab could be done without merit. “If you talk
about KPK Police, it was helpless in Asma murder case and the DNA test was done in Punjab helped in solving the case.
Malik said there was no place in PTI for the honest and upright people, who try to correct PTI Chief
Imran Khan’s policies.
He pointed that, PTI’s MNA Dawar Khan Kundi levelled allegations against PTI Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Minister Ali Amin Gandapur, but surprisingly he was ousted from the party.
“The PTI is following Punjab government’s footsteps, to launch metro bus project, which once they criticized. Punjab government has totally out-marked KPK in transport and social sectors,” he said.
He said Punjab had equipped the Punjab Police with latest weapons and they were being given capacity building training on regular basis.
He said Imran had failed to implement his 11-point development programme in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa where his party had been in power for the last five years. “Imran had the opportunity to implement the 11-point agenda in KPK, but he failed to do so,” he said and added “on the other hand we have taken all out steps for improvement of every sector in Punjab.”
