ISLAMABAD, Aug 9 (APP): Minister of State for Privatization Muhammad Zubair Tuesday said the incidents of terrorism had been declined in the country due to effective measures of the government.
Whole nation including political parties, civil society and law enforcing agencies had showed unity against terrorism after Army Public School (APS) incident and strongly condemned such terror acts, he said talking to a private news channel.
The minister said law and enforcement agencies were more active to defeat militants in their nefarious designs.
He strongly condemned the terror attack in Quetta and expressed profound grief and sorrow over the loss of lives and expressed sympathy with the injured and said, “We cannot blame to any one of involation in terror attacks without investigation. There is no doubt that internal terrorists forces were behind the incident.”
Muhammad Zubair said law and order situation in Balochistan had improved as compared to past. The attacks on Bharia Karachi, Airports and other places were occurred in previous governments.
The government had eliminated the concept of good and bad Taliban from the country and it has taken concrete steps to completely wipe out terrorism, he added.
Replying to a question, he said the regional peace is imperative to bring peace and prosperity in the region.
