Senate Functional Committee on Human Rights meets

ISLAMABAD, Dec 8 (APP): Senate Functional Committee on Human Rights met here on Tuesday to discuss the matters related to National Action Plan and registration of Madaris.
Chairing the Senate Functional Committee on Human Rights, which met here on Tuesday, Senator Nasreen Jalil expressed dismay on the absence of officials concerned of the Ministry of Interior.Senator Nisar Muhammad commented that all issues concerned should be
discussed in the committee to have a view point of all members with positive solutions.
Senator Samina Abid said illegal use of loudspeaker is still continued and unchecked and urged to stop this practice.The meeting was attended by Senators Nisar Muhammad, Mir Kabir Ahmed, Farhat Ullah Babar, Mufti Abdul Sattar, Sitara Ayaz, Samina Abid and
Secretary Ministry of Law and Justice Muhammad Raza Khan.
