ISLAMABAD, Sep 10 (APP): Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) MNA Daniyal Aziz Friday said Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) would get nothing from protests as the people had rejected its negative politics.
Talking to a private news channel, he said the government was sincere to eliminate corruption from the country and effective measures were also being taken in this regard.
He said the government has presented a draft of a comprehensive law replacing the 1956 Inquiry Commission Act in the Parliament.
The MNA said that the name of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif was not mentioned in the Panama papers.
He said the opposition was insisting for person specific Terms of Reference (ToR) on Panama Papers but the government wanted to hold across the board accountability.
He said Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s popularity was continuously falling, and party’s recent public gatherings were its evidence.
