PTI planning to lockdown capital through convention: Daniyal

ISLAMABAD, Oct 27 (APP): Senior leader of Pakistan Muslim
League-Nawaz Daniyal Aziz Thursday said youth convention
of Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) was planning to lockdown the federal capital.
Talking in a TV programme, he said the PTI wants to shutdown the federal capital, despite the orders of Islamabad High Court.
“We were well-aware about the proceedings of the PTI’s youth convention in which the leadership were assigning duties to the workers for November 2,” he said.
He said prompt action has been taken by Islamabad Police in accordance with the article 144.
He said PTI was using women as a human shield to achieve their nefarious designs.
