ISLAMABAD, Nov 19 (APP): The provision of basic amenities of life in the rural belt of Islamabad is on top priority of the federal government and all efforts are being made for it.
It was stated by Minister of State for Capital Administration and Development Division (CADD) Dr. Tariq Fazal Chaudhry while addressing the ground breaking ceremony of gas supply scheme at Federal Town.
Dr. Tariq Fazal said that tireless efforts are being made for the development of rural areas of Islamabad through a special package. In genal elections 2013, he said, commitments were made for development of rural areas and these pledges were being fulfilled by
PML N government.
He said that government is committed to further enhance development projects and all activities would be continued to improve basic infrastructure in the city.
Dr. Tariq Fazal said that all ongoing projects would be timely completed in the city.
Deputy Mayor Riffat Javed said that facilities for the public are being ensured in rural areas of Islamabad. He appreciated the efforts of PML N government for uplift of the capital area and improvement of the service delivery to its citizens, especially in the provision of basic amenities.
The notables of the areas were present on the occasion who also acknowledged the efforts of Tariq Fazal Chaudhry for uplift of
the area.
