ISLAMABAD, Sept 22 (APP): Minister for Commerce Engr Khurram Dastgir Khan on Thursday said Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif has courageously delivered a comprehensive speech in United Nations General Assembly (UNGA).

The Prime Minister had exposed Indian atrocities and
brutalities in Indian Held Kashmir (IHK) during his speech in UNGA that was unprecedented, he said talking to a private news channel.

The minister said the main focused of the PM’s
address was Kashmir issue to reveal factual position of Kashmir before international community.

He said Kashmir is an international dispute and Prime
Minister Nawaz Sharif’s speech would yield positive impact
on Kashmir.

Khurram Dastgir said India was involved in killing of
innocent Kashmiris including freedom fighter Burhan Wani.

He said India was leveling baseless allegations of terror
attacks including Uri and Samjhota Express incidents on Pakistan without investigating that did not show India a responsible state.

Replying to a question, he said international survey
disclosed that Pakistani nation is always ready to fight for defence and protection of the country.

Former foreign minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi termed Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif’s address in the UNGA a comprehensive and balanced.

He said the Prime Minister had presented Pakistan’s
historical stance and view point on all the issues including Kashmir.

Shah Mehmood lauded Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif for
courageously highlighting the Kashmir cause and termed the PM’s address in UNGA as per expectations of the nation.

Leader of Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Qamar Zaman Kaira
said Pakistan was successfully fighting war against terrorism. “Our valiant armed forces had rendered supreme sacrifices in elimination of terrorism.”
