PCB looking to host home series in SL, SA in future

ISLAMABAD, May 13 (APP): Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Friday said it is looking for options to move their base from United Arab Emirates (UAE) for staging its home series in future because of financial considerations, revealing that Sri Lanka and South Africa are the top contenders for their neutral venue.

Talking to APP, a top PCB official said “we have been unable to make profits from our series held in the United Arab Emirates (UAE)”.

“The UAE have started charging us too much therefore we have decided to shift our base from UAE to other countries,” he said adding just because to host our home series in the UAE the board had already lost millions of dollars.
