One injured, five buildings damaged in unprovoked Indian shelling

MIRPUR (AJK), Sep 7 (APP): One person was injured and five
buildings including a high school were partially damaged, as a result of unprovoked shelling by the Indian troops from across the Line of Control LoC on various forward villages in Naiza Pir sector in Haveili district of AJK on Wednesday, officials said.

According to Deputy commissioner, Muhammad Sadiq, an employee of AJK Health Department sustained serious bullet injuries on his leg, while five buildings including four civilian residential houses and a government high school building in the firing hit Kairni and Madaar villages were also partially damaged in the unprovoked shelling by the Indian from across the Line of control in Naiza pir sector.

India opened fire on the forward villages in Nairni and Madaar
villages in Naizapir sector in Heveili district of Poonch Division the mid night of Tuesday and wednesday, when the people of Jammu and Kashmir at both sides of the Line of Control and rest of the World were preparing for observing the Defense Day of Pakistan with great enthusiasm and Devotion.
