Nomad painting exhibition `Embodiment' concludes

ISLAMABAD, Nov 19 (APP): Nomad Art Gallery’s 12-day
painting exhibition `Embodiment’ concluded here on Saturday
which was started on November 8, by two creative artists
Abrar Ahmed and Rukh-e-Neelofer at Art and Craft Village.
The work of artists exhibited at Nomad for last two
decades and their paintings are a source of inspiration
for art lovers.
The exhibition was truly rewarding and memorable
experience, according to a press release issued here.
Abrar’s unique artwork had received worldwide
acknowledgment. Many leading art galleries in different
corners of the world display his paintings.
His solid, bold and sharp colours with spontaneous
strokes and skillful fine lines create unique art.
He celebrated the feminine beauty and well-recognized
for his figurative drawings in addition to oil on canvas.
My favorite mediums include oil on canvas, pen on
paper & mix media on canvas.”
Rukh e Neelofer had keen understanding and appreciation
of her country’s rich cultural heritage, powerful and eye-catching
work that communicates the different traditions of Pakistani
society in a unique artistic style.
Her paintings were refreshing to the eyes because of the
strong and vibrant colours, which do not jump at the viewer
because of her skillful handling.
