ISLAMABAD, Aug 17 (APP): Minister for Interior Chaudhry Nisar
Ali Khan on Wednesday said that he would talk to DG Rangers and
Sindh Government to address the concerns of MQM about alleged
harassment and arrests of its workers.
Responding to a point of order of MQM legislature Iqbal
Muhammad Ali, the minister termed it a condemnable act and said an
inquiry into the incident would also be conducted.
He sought time for this purpose till tomorrow (Thursday)
and said he would report back in the House.
Earlier, Iqbal Muhammad Ali speaking on a point of order said
MQM was being pushed to the wall. He pointed out that MQM office was
raided yesterday in Karachi and their eight workers were arrested.

government to hold a judicial inquiry of death of a person in police
