Muqam slams Imran Khan on dual standard

PESHAWAR, Aug 26 (APP): Advisor to Prime Minister Amir Muqam on Friday criticized PTI chairman Imran Khan for his dual standard, questioning, “how come Imran Khan inaugurates Swat Motorway project when he himself says that nations are not built by motorways.”
Addressing a public gathering in Nowshera, he said, Khan doubts commission when Prime Minister initiates motorways project, adding how would he rationalize escalation of cost in Swat Motorway project from Rs 16 billion to 40 billion.
He said Imran Khan was a captain of dual standard, adding he moved to the same election commission against the Prime Minister against whom he level serious allegations of manipulating the electoral results of 2013.
Khan took U turn over formation of judicial commission on Panama Leaks that he was demanding and constituted by the government, Muqam said.
He said that Imran Khan considers everything “Halal” (good) for himself and the same as “Haram” (forbidden) for others.
PTI chairman should get ready for accountability in billion tree tsunami corruption, adding Khan did not obey the order of his own appointed heads of Ehtesab Commission, PEDO and Anti Corruption, instead sacked all of them when the pointed out corruption by the PTI’s bigwigs in KP government.
Muqam challenged Imran Khan and KP Chief Minister Pervez Khattak that he would quit politics if anyone proves a penny corruption against him despite being on various important cabinet positions.
