Labourers play key role in strengthening economy: Shehbaz

LAHORE, May 1 (APP): Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad
Shehbaz Sharif has announced that after brick kilns, children
working at petrol pumps, workshops and hotels will also be brought to schools for equipping with education.

He said this while addressing the launching ceremony of
Khidmat Cards for financial assistance of children of
labourers working at brick kilns at Expo Center on Sunday.
Chief minister said that minimum wages of labourers would be
increased from Rs 13000 to Rs 14000 from July 1st.

He said those usurping billions of rupees of the poor nation would now face accountability.
