Jamal Shah for revival of Cinema in Pakistan

ISLAMABAD, Dec 20 (APP): Actor, director Jamal Shah has said the cinema is like an agent of change that moulds and empowers a a person.

He was addressing students of Media and Communication Studies of Foundation University at a seminar who had invited the actor, director, painter and producer Jamal Shah to speak on “Revival of Cinema in Pakistan”.

He said Pakistani film industry has now taken its first step towards its survival, adding the audience has always supported a good film of the country, according a press release issued here on Sunday.

He said trailer of his film “Revenge of the worthless” was played and it will be released soon. Jamal sang a Pashto song of the movie.

Head of the department Dr Shoaib Ahmed said Jamal Shah is one of those people who have transferred their skills into their next generation.

“We Shoaib Ahmed said that media students from universities will bring a positive change for development of their field.
