Islamabad blind team camp kicks off

ISLAMABAD, Sep 21 (APP): The training camp of the Islamabad blind cricket team kicked off here at G-6 Ground, Aabpara on Wednesday.

Talking to APP, Islamabad Blind Cricket Association (IBCA)
Secretary Bilal Satti said the camp is being held by IBCA for
preparation of the National Bank Twenty20 Blind Cricket Tournament scheduled to be held in Bahawalpur from September 25 to October 1.

“As many as 30 players from Islamabad are called in the camp from which 14 players will be selected for the tournament. The players are coached by Bilal Satti, Zeeshan Abbasi and Anees Javed,” he said.

He said a total of 12 teams will participate in the
tournament. “The teams include Islamabad, Peshawar, Bahawalpur, Abbottabad, Kashmir, Gujranwala, Lahore, Okara, Faisalabad, Quetta, Karachi and PBCC Young Stars,” he said.
