Int’l community acknowledges economic growth in Pakistan: Marvi

ISLAMABAD, Jun 2 (APP): Chairperson of Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) Marvi Memon Thursday said the international community had acknowledged economic stability and growth in Pakistan.

The national economy was further strengthened due to
prudent policies of PML-N government. The Gross Domestic Product (GDP) had also increased, she said while talking to a private news channel.

She said the government had focused on all sectors as evident from immense improvement in education, health, agriculture and energy sectors.

Marvi Memon said the ratio of inflation had decreased in the
country.

She said the government would provide relief to the masses in fiscal budget 2016-17, which would be people-friendly.
Replying to a question, she said the government had provided conducive environment to the investors as they were showing keen interest in investing in Pakistan.
