ISLAMABAD, Sep 23 (APP):Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs, Ali Muhammad Khan Sunday said the provocative statement of Indian Army Chief against Pakistan had exposed its weak democracy and nefarious mindset.
Talking to a private news channel, he strongly condemned such reckless remarks of Indian Army Chief and stated that Pakistan wanted peace and stability in the entire region.
The minister said Prime Minister Imran Khan had asserted to India to take one step toward peace then we would take two steps because Pakistan was peaceful and peace loving country.
He said India was committing atrocities and barbarism on innocent Kashmiris in the Occupied valley and Indian troops had hostage people during Youm-e-Ashura to refrain to attend the processions.
To a query, he said the last governments of PPP and PML-N had not delivered for the welfare and prosperity of the country and masses. “We were working to ensure development and uplift in the country through prudent policies and programmes.”
He lauded the austerity measures adopted by Prime Minister and his Cabinet.
