Indian aggression on LoC, an effort to divert attention of int’l community

ISLAMABAD, Sep 30 (APP): Speakers at a seminar held here
Friday said Indian aggression on Line of Control (LoC) was merely an effort to divert attention of Pakistan and the international community from the issue of Kashmir.

Addressing the seminar titled ‘Indian atrocities in occupied
Kashmir and Moodi’s war mania’ the speakers appreciated the stance of Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif at United Nations General Assembly.

The seminar was arranged by National Press Club (NPC).
The speakers said that Indian government was doing propaganda of conducting surgical strikes in Pakistan just to save itself from any rift due to the vast projection of Kashmir issue at international level.

They said that the government must raise the Kashmir issue in joint session of the parliament and arrange all parties conference to further raise voice against Indian atrocities.

They urged the government to continue the momentum of raising Kashmir issue at different forums demanding reactivation of UN Security Council and sending fact finding committee to occupied Kashmir to probe atrocities.

The present government must give its stance regarding Kashmir issue into a shape of policy so that the future governments may continue that, the speakers said.

Pakistani government should adopt the consistent policy regarding its relations with India. India and Pakistan can never become good friends, they only can become good neighbours, they observed.

The dream of India to isolate Pakistan can never be fulfilled
and India must stop treating Pakistan like Bangladesh, Nepal and Bhutan, they said.

Those who spoke on the occasion included Speaker Azad Jammu Kashmir Assembly, Ghulam Qadir, Kashmiri leaders Ghulam Muhammad Safi, Yaseen Matloob, Maulana Fazal Ur Rehman Khaleeq, Shaukat Ahmad Wani, Mir Tahir Masood and many others.
