Imran damaged political goodwill by boycotting joint session of parliament: Pervaiz

ISLAMABAD, Oct 6 (APP): Minister for Information, Broadcasting and National Heritage, Pervaiz Rashid on Thursday said that Imran Khan had damaged his political goodwill by boycotting the joint session of parliament.

Talking to a private news channel, he said that Imran Khan was damaging the system in the country, while Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif, through his sagacious and wise policies, was taking the country towards path of development and prosperity.

He said the people would elect the government through ballot box in general election 2018. This decision would not be taken by Chairman PPP, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, he added.

Responding to a question about issue of Kashmir, the Minister said the entire nation was united on Kashmir cause and people of Pakistan were committed to sacrifice for defense and security of the country.

“We would not allow anyone to put an evil eye upon Pakistan,” he said, adding that the present government was fulfilling all promises made with the masses.

“We are quite hopeful that Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz)
would emerge as victorious in general election 2018, as a result of its people friendly policies.
