TIMERGARA, Oct 2 (APP): Central Chief of Jamiat Ulema e Islam Fazl (JUIF) Maulana Fazlur Rehman has said report of FATA Reforms Committee and its recommendation to merge Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA) into Khyber Pakhtunkhwa was not acceptable and it should be decided by local people.

He was addressing to a public gathering, Maulana Fazlur Rehman said that his party has reservations over the report presented in National Assembly and said the future of FATA should be decided through referendum in these areas.

Maulan Fazlur Rehman further said that a full fledged policy
should be formulated to repatriate Afghan refugee with respect and dignity.

Federal Minister for Housing Akram Khan Durani on the occasion alleged Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) Chief Imran Khan is following foreign agenda to fail the China Pakistan Economic Corridor through his protests and sit ins.

The gathering was also addressed by provincial Ameer Maulana Nasib Gul, former Senator Maulana Rahat Hussain and former Senator Maulana Abdur Rashid.
