ISLAMABAD, Sep 20 (APP): Minister for Law, Justice and Human Rights Farooq H Naek termed the bombing at the federal capital as ‘9/11’ incident for the country. The Minister was talking to journalists at Federal Government Services Hospital (FGSH) after he inquired about the victims of explosions.
He expressed sympathies with the injured and assured them of all support by the government with regard to medical treatment.
Farooq H Naek said this incident reminded him of the bombing of October 18, 2007, when Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto was leading a procession in Karachi after returning to Pakistan.
He said perpetrators of such heinous acts were the enemies of Islam, Pakistan and democracy.
