China artists enthralls audience at PNCA


ISLAMABAD, Nov 26 (APP): China Performing Arts Group (CPAG) Saturday evening performed here at Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA).
The event was arranged by China Culture Center, Embassy of
thePeople’s Republic of China in collaboration with PNCA.
A selected group of Chinese performing artists entertained the residents of federal capital.
The Chinese cultural troupe was comprised of musicians and performers. Chinese artists displayed a variety of programmes in a traditional way and received thunderous applause from the audience at PNCA auditorium.
The Chinese artists showed solidarity with the people of Pakistan, aimed at strengthening the bonds of Pak China Friendship.
The performance was also a message of goodwill for the Pakistani brothers and sisters. The performance included Chinese songs, dances and artistic shows.
Director General PNCA Jamal Shah appreciated the performance and said it reflected the rich Chinese culture that has survived in full bloom over the period time.
Earlier, he welcomed the Chinese artists in the Council, saying that Pakistan and China are enjoying very cordial relations in all fields of life and specially outstanding cultural exchanges between the two countries.
Cultural Councilor and Director China Culture Center You Yi said on the occasion that the relationship between the two countries was reaching new heights.
