ISLAMABAD, Jun 5 (APP): Minster of State for National Health Services  and Regulations, Saira Afzal Tarar said, the budget has announced  relief for all segments of society especially marginalized segments.

“Minister of Finance Ishaq Dar has prepared a very balance budget  in current circumstances and special relief was announced for farmers”, she said while talking to media outside parliament.

“It is common trend that at the time of budget the treasury
benches parliamentarians favour it while the opposition criticizes, but overall it is a budget of lay man”, she further stated.

She remarked that the government is taking special measures to  support deprived people as the announcement of Macro and Micro finance  loans would help counter challenges of unemployment in the country.

To promote research culture, funding of Higher Education Commission  has also been increased to encourage the students, ensuring their  contribution in national economy.

The minister said that the response of National Health Card
beneficiaries is also quite good as so far more than 90 percent  satisfaction ratio has been observed.

“Patients are getting good treatment at hospitals and those
who are not eligible to get the cards are trying to defame
the programme.

government are producing good results but it is also the responsibility  of provinces to coordinate and improve their service delivery mechanism.
