Barjees hails PM’s stance over Kashmir issue

Pakistan to observe Oct 27 as Black Day: Barjees

ISLAMABAD, Oct 5 (APP): Minister for Kashmir Affairs and
Gilgit Baltistan Chaudhry Muhammad Barjees Tahir Wednesday hailed Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif’s stance on the issue of Kashmir.

In his reaction to the Prime Minister’s address to the joint
sitting of the Parliament, he told APP that at all international
forums, Pakistan was already exposing the Indian armed forces atrocities in Occupied Kashmir and the Prime Minister highlighted the right to self determination of the Kashmiris.

He said Pakistan had a clear stance that without the resolution of Kashmir issue, sustainable peace was not possible in the region.

Barjees said the recent attack on Indian army headquarters in Uri was an Indian plot to divert the attention of world community from its state terrorism in the occupied valley.

Pakistan would continue to extend moral, political and
diplomatic support to the Kashmiris, he said.

The minister said the situation in Indian Occupied Kashmir had deteriorated due to India’s cruel and barbaric acts, and abuse of human rights.

The occupation forces had been massacring innocent Kashmiris, he added.
