QUETTA, Aug 03 (APP): Former finance secretary, Mushtaq Ahmed Raisani, a key accused in Balochistan mega corruption case was sent to prison on judicial remand here on Wednesday.

A spokesman for the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Balochistan said that the key accused, Mushtaq Ahmed Raisani, had been sent to prison on judicial remand and he would be produced before the court on August 16.

“The accused, Mushtaq Ahmed Raisani, a former finance secretary who was arrested in mega corruption case after the NAB seized huge embezzled money from his house was presented before the Accountability Court, here
on Wednesday and he was sent to jail on judicial remand,” he said, adding that now the suspect would be brought to court on August 16.
