AJK PM terms Indian aggression ploy to divert world attention from Kashmir issue

MIRPUR (AJK), Oct 3 (APP): AJK Prime Minister Raja Farooq
Haider Khan Monday termed the Indian aggression a ploy to divert international attention from the atrocities being perpetrated by Indian occupation forces on the people of Kashmir.

He said India’s claims of surgical strikes were baseless, there
had been no surgical strike by India in AJK.

While addressing a public gathering at Leepa near Line of
Control on Monday the Prime Minister said people of AJK were fully prepared to defend their soil.

“This quest by Indian establishment to create media hype by
re branding cross border fire as surgical strike is fabrication of truth,” the AJK Prime Minister said.

“Pakistani government and nation have made it clear that if
there is any surgical strike on Pakistani soil, same will be strongly responded,” he added.

AJK PM said Indian claims of surgical strikes were a lie,
adding small firearms were used during the skirmish across the LoC and Pakistani forces responded in a befitting manner.

The Prime Minister condemned the “naked aggression of Indian forces”.

He said that India was creating war like situation along the
Line of Control to divert world’s attention from the Kashmir

Raja Farooq Haider said threatening the water blockade and
isolating Pakistan at global level were the cunning mechanics of India to hoodwink the world community. He cautioned that lingering Kashmir dispute could ignite human disaster in South Asia.

He urged UN and international community to intervene and
settle the dispute to avoid any nuclear war between the two neighbourly countries over the Kashmir dispute. He said that India first staged Uri and then surgical strike drama to deflect the international attention from the ground situation of the occupied territory.

Member of AJK assembly Dr Bashir Mustafa and others also
addressed the gathering.
