AJK PM concern about Malik’s health, demands allowing him to go abroad

MIRPUR (AJK), Oct 7 (APP): AJK Prime Minister Raja Farooq Haider on Friday said that his government would establish rule of law, improvement in health and education infrastructure and strict financial discipline in AJK .
He was addressing the oath taking ceremony of newly elected office bearers of Azad Kashmir Bar Association on Friday.
Chief Justice High Court Ghulam Mustafa Mughal, judges High Court Justice M Tabassum Aftab Alvi,justice Azhar Saleem Baber, justice Shiraz Kiani, justice Raja Sadaqat Hussain, senior minister Ch Tariq Farooq, Minister for Law Raja Nisar Ahmed, Minister for Information Mushtaq Minhas, Minister for Revenue Sardar Farooq Skindar, Minister for Education Barrister Iftikhar Gillani and other senior lawyers attended the ceremony.
While addressing the ceremony the Prime Minister showed determination to resolve all issues of lawyers. “The government of Muslim League (N) will resolve all problems of lawyers community,” he said.
He urged the lawyers community to fully cooperate with the judiciary in order to realize the goal of ensuring speedy justice to the people.
“Good governance is possible only when all institutions work in their respective ambit.
He said that in the changing circumstances of the world all institutions will have to work in a cooperative environment to form a fully functional body.
He said the police and lawyers fraternity are being targeted in acts of terrorism in order to threaten this institution entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring justice.
PM further said that the independence of occupied Jammu Kashmir and good governance were top priorities of his government in the state and every possible step would be taken in this regard.
