95 per cent work completed on new Islamabad airport: NA told


ISLAMABAD, May 20 (APP): State Minister for Parliamentary Affairs, Sheikh Aftab Ahmed Friday apprised the National Assembly that 95 per cent work on new Islamabad International Airport had already been completed and necessary machinery was being imported for it.

Replying to various supplementary questions during Question Hour, the minister said the building of the new airport had also been completed.

He said there were two each airports in Azad Jammu and Kashmir and Gilgat Baltistan including Muzaffarabad and Rawalakot, Skardu and Gilgit Airports.
